2. Run the app
The app should appear in your browser's download store; double-click to run it.
No software gets installed, so you can delete the download file later, leaving no footprint.

3. Send us the code
Make a note of the ID code that is circled (yours will be different) and give that to the technician


Once the technician tries to connect, this window will appear


Click the Green Shield Accept button to allow the connection to take place
